Job Summary

Operate production equipment at the Elizabethtown plant, including batch mixers, continuous compounding units, packaging lines, and powered industrial trucks, to produce quality material safely and efficiently. Maintain compliance with safety procedures (PPE, Safe Work Permits, Lock Out/Tag Out, RTO), complete ISO-standard run sheets and SAP transactions, and perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting to keep operations running. Communicate across shifts and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate batch mixing equipment, continuous compounding units, and packaging lines.
•Assist or fully operate pail/drum filling operations.
•Follow safe operating procedures, including PPE use, Safe Work Permits, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Return to Operation (RTO).
•Maintain quality by completing ISO-standard documentation and checking that material/color meets customer expectations.
•Perform minor repairs, basic troubleshooting for process upsets, perceive/respond to alarms, and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus at least one of: Associate’s degree or higher in a related field; 3+ years of experience in operations/maintenance/site logistics/quality/security in a manufacturing environment; or 4+ years of military experience.
•Able to work overtime as needed.
•Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship/support available for this position).
•General understanding of computer-controlled equipment and processes.
•Ability to follow safety procedures and practices to ensure safe, efficient operation.
