Key Requirements

  • •Computer Science/Information Systems degree, or equivalent with at least 10 years of professional work experience.
  • •Strong implementation experience with object-oriented languages such as C/C++, Java or Go (Java preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience building distributed micro-service systems using service mesh technologies/frameworks (Envoy, Linkerd, Istio) and gRPC/ProtoBuf.
  • •Experience designing and building cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (plus).
  • •Strong distributed system management with tracing/monitoring (Zipkin/Jaeger, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) and distributed messaging/databases (Redis, Kafka, Couchbase, Cassandra).
