Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new features and grow the mobile application in Flutter (iOS, Android) using modern approaches without legacy.
  • •Take end-to-end responsibility for decisions: from technical concept and architecture to release and evaluating product impact.
  • •Work closely with product managers and designers in weekly iterations, from scope planning to joint release testing.
  • •Propose technical solutions and approaches, helping the team adopt ideas that work.
  • •Use AI tools daily as part of an AI-first development approach to validate hypotheses faster.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter, including at least the last year directly with Flutter.
  • •Experience independently solving complex technical problems.
  • •Ownership mindset: proactively communicate, ask questions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • •Experience developing and shipping features for mobile apps on iOS and Android using Flutter.
