Lead SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay and Inventory/Warehouse transformation workstreams, owning MM & WM end-to-end delivery from ECC migration through go-live and hypercare. Key Responsibilities

•Lead MM and WM functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, owning end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory/Warehouse delivery.
•Drive solution design and configuration for SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, Account Determination) and SAP WM (inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, storage types/sections).
•Lead S/4HANA transformation activities including Fit-to-Standard workshops, process harmonization, and managing custom code (RICEFW) impacts for MM & WM.
•Coordinate integration across SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams, including interfaces, enhancements, and business/logistics master data conversion support.
•Own testing, cutover planning, and go-live/hypercare support as MM & WM escalation lead while ensuring SAP Activate compliance and mentoring consultants.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM (P2P, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation) and SAP WM (Classic WM).
•At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a lead role, including ECC to S/4HANA migration for logistics processes.
•Hands-on knowledge of MATDOC/inventory simplifications and exposure to Business Partner (BP) concept and WM migration strategies; Embedded EWM is highly desirable.
•Proven ability to lead module-level delivery in complex SAP programs and coordinate with stakeholders in global onshore–offshore delivery models.
•Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, with mentoring/coaching and excellent documentation/presentation skills.
