Job Summary

Drive growth of Mastercard’s Services business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships across key retail and commerce markets. Own pipeline creation, close strategic deals, and scale long-term revenue through Mastercard’s Data & Services portfolio. Lead end-to-end business development from prospecting to contract negotiation, manage farming and share-of-wallet growth, and build senior (including C-level) client relationships while partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end business development from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and revenue growth.

•Develop and execute client-centric growth strategies that translate customer needs into scalable, value-driven solutions.
•Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
•Proven excellence in B2B sales and business development, succeeding in both new logo acquisition and account growth.
•Strong experience selling complex solutions, ideally in data/analytics, loyalty, or professional services.
•Ability to engage, influence, and close deals with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
•Fluency in English and German.
