Executive (HR Business Partner)

Partner with operations leaders by contributing to yearly objectives-setting and aligning HR and operational directions, strategies, and targets. Own manpower planning for operations recruiting, and manage exit interview collection with analysis to drive corrective actions on turnover and attraction. Coordinate site visits and area meetings, resolve related conflicts, and ensure updates flow from top to middle management. Build and maintain positive employee relationships across all levels.
