Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial services compliance professional, bank regulator, or comparable legal experience (required).
  • •Juris Doctorate or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry fraud risks and customer claim/dispute handling.
  • •Demonstrated ability to research and interpret federal laws and regulations, including relevant consumer and electronic regulations.
