Client Trainer II

Deliver high-impact training and consulting for Cox Automotive dealer clients, providing both onsite and virtual instruction across assigned product domains. Complete domain training and cross-certifications, maintain deep product knowledge, troubleshoot dealer questions, and customize training curricula to each dealership’s needs. Support installs, create training documentation and reports in Salesforce, partner on performance development, and continuously update training content based on automotive trends while coordinating extensive travel.
