Job Summary

Own the systems configuration, platform integration, and commissioning layer for a growing residential and hospitality portfolio. Lead software-and-systems level setup for video management/surveillance, access control, networking, AV, property management tech, endpoint/identity systems, and related integrations. Collaborate closely with a Sr. IT Field Technician on deployments and troubleshooting, maintain thorough documentation, manage tickets within SLA, and ensure each property reaches go-live performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Own platform configuration, integration, and commissioning for video management/surveillance systems and access control across Flow properties.
•Configure and administer networking including VLAN/SSID/firewall/wireless settings, enterprise wireless management, network segmentation, and documentation.
•Set up, support, and troubleshoot AV systems including music streaming, digital signage, and conference room/meeting space technology.
•Administer hospitality/property management technology including PMS and guest experience integrations, elevator/building automation API connectivity, and staff training/support.
•Maintain system documentation and manage support tickets/projects within SLA, coordinating with the Sr. IT Field Technician and escalating to the Head of IT as needed.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in property technology, hospitality IT, or multi-site systems administration, focused on platform configuration and systems integration.
•Hands-on enterprise VMS administration including camera programming, recording configuration, user access, and cross-system integration.
•Access control platform administration including credential lifecycle management, access group configuration, door scheduling, and audit reporting at scale.
•Network configuration experience including VLAN assignments, SSID management, firewall rules, and multi-site wireless platform administration.
•Experience configuring and supporting intercom/visitor management and PMS integrations, plus AV platform setup (music streaming, digital signage, and conference room systems).
