Senior Cost Manager - Data Center Construction Projects, Querétaro

Supervise end-to-end cost management for large-scale data center construction projects, partnering with international clients and cross-functional teams. Own detailed budgeting, cost estimation, parametric analysis, feasibility and cost-benefit studies, and proactive monitoring of spend against budgets. Produce cost and financial forecast reporting for stakeholders, assess contractual pricing/strategy, manage cost risks with contingencies, and mentor junior cost analysts.
