Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet one-on-one with employees during scheduled sessions or walk-ins, providing counseling to support mental health and emotional well-being.
  • •Advocate for and support mental wellness initiatives on-site, helping to create a culture that prioritizes mental health and well-being.
  • •Spread awareness and promote a positive culture that supports mental well-being and reduces stigma surrounding mental health.
  • •Provide ongoing education for leadership, safety teams, and Mental Health First Aiders on mental health topics and best practices.
  • •Deliver emergency response and care following a mental health crisis, supporting both employees and leadership in managing critical situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Oklahoma
  • •Proven experience providing individual counseling and mental health support
  • •Experience creating and delivering mental health education and training for teams and leadership
  • •Experience in crisis management and providing support during mental health emergencies
  • •Ability to engage employees in wellness initiatives and foster a culture of mental well-being
