Key Responsibilities

•Provide one-on-one counseling with employees during scheduled sessions or walk-ins to support mental health and emotional well-being
•Promote on-site wellness initiatives and help foster a culture that prioritizes mental health and well-being
•Spread cultural awareness to reduce stigma and promote a positive culture around mental health
•Provide ongoing education for leadership, safety teams, and Mental Health First Aiders on mental health topics and best practices
•Deliver emergency crisis response and care, supporting employees and leadership during critical situations

Key Requirements

•Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Oklahoma
•Proven experience in providing individual counseling and mental health support
•Ability to create and deliver mental health education and training for teams and leadership
•Experience in crisis management and providing support during mental health emergencies
•Ability to engage employees in wellness initiatives and foster a culture of mental well-being
