•Own a wedge end-to-end: from strategy to execution to measurement, with full creative latitude and accountability for the outcome.
•Operate as a founder inside the team: set the roadmap for your wedge, recruit needed resources, and ship in public.
•Compound the ecosystem: improve Cohorts, University, Community, Talent Marketplace, and partners through your work.
•Move at AI-native pace: ship quick iterations and learn, rather than waiting for a polished, long-term solution.
•Raise the bar around you: elevate the team’s performance through your ideas, taste, and standards.

Key Requirements

•Mini-founder with a track record of starting something (company, community, product, content brand, club, course) and getting it off the ground
•Sharp edge with a demonstrable portfolio of work
•Obsessed with GTM and AI and opinions on where the space is going
•Great storyteller who can pitch ideas clearly and defend them in writing
•High-agency and low-ego; not waiting for permission and comfortable operating with leverage
