Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Equipment team to drive equipment performance continuous improvements.
  • •Assess and audit workstation capacity (with PEE and IE) and identify throughput opportunities and risks to meet cycle time and business plan goals.
  • •Develop action plans to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • •Coordinate line readiness for new technology nodes and new part types using readiness matrix with PIE/SIC and related teams.
  • •Roll out area MAS scheduling, automation, and line management systems to shift teams, and partner on tool qualification, release/install requirements, and maintenance priorities.
