Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mechanical and structural mounts, and electrical equipment and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building, or support mechanisms.
  • •Assemble the racking, solar modules, panels, or support structures as specified in the project plan.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations while providing leadership and technical support; may act as foreperson in their absence.

Salary: USD 30 - 40.01 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required (construction or military experience may be considered).
  • •Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with ability to pass a driving background check.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Willingness and ability to participate in Power+ programs, including cross-training across departments, while meeting deadlines and key metrics.
