Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering support and technical guidance for manufacturing and assembly operations using established policies and best practices.
  • •Resolve manufacturing, assembly, machining, welding, and calibration issues to support daily production activities.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime, defects, and scrap, including MRB review and corrective actions.
  • •Develop and improve manufacturing methods, work instructions, tooling/fixtures, and assembly procedures; support fixture selection, validation, and automation readiness.
  • •Collaborate with Quality teams on CAPA and lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives while supporting plant safety culture and cross-department goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a control valve manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing documentation, process development, and assembly operations.
  • •At least 2 years of working knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrohydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and measurement system analysis.
