Job Summary

Own end-to-end regional marketing strategy for the Middle East and Africa, building pipeline and accelerating revenue. Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute MEA regional marketing strategy focused on pipeline, brand presence, and revenue acceleration.
•Own end-to-end planning and execution of MEA events (owned events, conferences, roundtables, webinars, executive dinners) aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
•Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and execute ABM programs for high-priority MEA accounts and measure account-level impact.
•Build and execute integrated pipeline/demand-generation campaigns across email, paid, content, and events, adapting global campaigns for MEA markets.
•Track, analyze, and report marketing performance (brand awareness, pipeline, engagement) and continuously test/iterate to improve outcomes.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•6-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong field marketing, events, or demand generation background in a high-growth technology company.
•Demonstrated ability to run field events end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and post-event reporting.
•Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs, including target account selection, campaign orchestration, and measurement.
•Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding how marketing contributes to the revenue funnel.
•Deep cultural understanding across the region, including pan-African marketing experience and the ability to operate across time zones.
