Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation on live and virtual event production design using professional video/audio/presentation standards
  • •Coordinate and execute virtual meetings and events across enterprise platforms, including live production support and moderation
  • •Act in a producer or technical producer capacity when needed, managing show flow, speaker coordination, timing, and live direction
  • •Oversee production design, setup, and configuration of control-room elements; operate show control workflows including audio mixing, graphics playout, video playback, and streaming/encoding
  • •Troubleshoot production/control-room equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support incident/postmortem reporting and basic postproduction editing/delivery

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast, video production, or related technical event environments
  • •3+ years of experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events
  • •Strong studio and control room production experience, including hands-on operation of live event systems
  • •Experience with control room equipment such as video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, and video playback systems
  • •Ability to support virtual event production/execution as a producer or technical producer, including managing event flow, speaker coordination, and live show operations
