•Build and own core product backend features, including APIs and voice infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients
•Work on telephony systems and real-time voice processing, plus integrations with legacy financial infrastructure
•Own an area such as orchestration for voice AI, infrastructure scaling and low-level performance, generalist security, or high-leverage product engineering
•Ship code daily and see it go live with real customers and real revenue
•Coordinate execution in a lightweight process focused on shipping and ownership

•Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
