Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare wafers for experimentation, including cleaning and preparing reactors.
  • •Operate reactors for thin-film processes, evaluate performance, and recommend troubleshooting procedures.
  • •Prepare cross-section samples for SEM analysis and optimize sample prep procedures and conditions.
  • •Operate SEM for cross-section/top-view imaging and perform CD and EDS analysis; determine optimized imaging conditions.
  • •Record process conditions and observations, summarize results, perform routine maintenance/shut down/setup, and assist in training junior technicians.
