Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the long-term product strategy and integrated roadmap across Docker’s internal developer platform and AI developer tooling, spanning infrastructure, self-service, CI/CD, and AI/agentic workflows.
•Treat the internal platform as a product by defining golden paths, paved roads, and self-service capabilities with clear contracts, defaults, and documentation.
•Shape AI agent and assisted workflow direction across the SDLC and operations, measuring effectiveness via adoption, productivity gains, and developer satisfaction.
•Identify which internal tools and platform capabilities should become customer-facing offerings, owning the strategy from prototype to product and supporting GA with go-to-market partners.
•Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment by influencing technical trade-offs, serving as a trusted advisor, and defining metrics for outcomes like adoption, speed, reliability, and developer productivity.

•Proven track record scaling platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools products that enable other teams or developers.
•Strong technical acumen to engage in architecture and trade-off discussions across Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, APIs, and observability.
•Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles, including self-service, golden paths, developer experience, and adoption over mandate.
•Fluency with where AI and agentic workflows are heading, including hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered tooling or AI agents.
