Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB configurations and architecture roadmap to support efficient ITSM and improved user experience.
  • •Define CMDB data models, CI class standards, relationship strategies, and governance rules; drive CMDB health, reconciliation, and data quality maturity.
  • •Architect enterprise ITOM implementations (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and AIOps) and integrate ITOM data with ITSM and SecOps/Observability.
  • •Oversee technical reviews and troubleshooting, maintain architectural documentation, and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; 10+ years of related experience.
  • •Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI status.
  • •Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation and a DoD 8140-compliant cyber certification.
  • •Experience leading ServiceNow CMDB architecture, configurations, and integrations to support ITSM processes.
  • •Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow configurations and data models.
