Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain project documentation throughout its lifecycle to ensure accuracy, quality, confidentiality, compliance, and efficient information retrieval.
  • •Administer and support document management systems (ACC, Procore, Aconex), including issue resolution, system updates, and conversion of physical records to electronic formats.
  • •Develop, implement, and standardize document control procedures, templates, naming conventions, numbering systems, and workflows across construction projects.
  • •Establish and monitor document retention schedules, archiving processes, and secure disposal procedures in line with company policies and audit requirements.
  • •Register, track, distribute, and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, punch lists) and coordinate document flow among internal teams and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related construction subject area.
  • •7+ years of construction industry experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on document control experience on complex projects.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document/project management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, Aconex, or equivalent systems.
  • •Experience developing and implementing document control procedures, workflows, templates, and standards across multiple projects.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within multi-functional teams.
