Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years progressive construction management/site supervision/project coordination, including 5+ years leading electrical, industrial, or general construction projects.
  • •OR a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant construction management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or project management role.
  • •Act as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • •5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as a project manager or construction manager (preferably large, complex projects).
  • •Proficiency with project management tools/software such as Microsoft Project and ProCore.
