Lead a multi-team engineering organization at Datadog’s Tel Aviv site, partnering with product managers and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps, raise engineering practices, and build a long-term culture. You’ll manage and grow engineers, hire and develop senior talent and engineering managers, and deliver cross-cutting projects across a multi-hub organization spanning Tel Aviv, Europe, and the US—while applying AI-first thinking to core engineering work.
