  • •Act as the SPOC for BIM model delivery during design and construction up to LOD350, and coordinate contractor models up to LOD500.
  • •Author key BIM documentation and ensure document/quality processes are followed.
  • •Carry out structured reviews of project models.
  • •Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors to implement BIM methodologies and best practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Support clients, design teams, and contractors in implementing BIM methodologies and best practices from strategy through delivery.
  • •Deliver the BIM technology strategy for the business.
  • •Be the SPOC for BIM model delivery during design and construction up to LOD350, and coordinate contractor BIM models up to LOD500.
  • •Have experience with Navisworks and BIM360 (mandatory) and work with BIM documentation.
  • •Hold certifications in Revit and Navisworks and bring BIM multi-disciplinary skills.
