Disease Claims Handler

Handle short- and long-tail disease insurance claims within Davies’ Casualty team, including desk investigations and referrals for site investigations. Gather evidence, value claims, and determine appropriate resolution actions. Prepare detailed reports with policy indemnity and recommendations, negotiate settlements within authority, and liaise professionally with insurers, policyholders, and brokers to progress cases to conclusion while maintaining proper reserves.
