Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in Milwaukee, managing planning, execution, governance, and deployment through hypercare and post-go-live support. Build project schedules and resource plans, run stand-ups and delivery sessions, coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams, and oversee integration and acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live activities while managing risks, issues, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
•Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA implementation plans, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
•Facilitate daily stand-ups and project governance to monitor progress, resolve risks, and track deliverables.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT through planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
•Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live preparation, deployment, and post-go-live support; identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC implementation, configuration, or testing.
•4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects with end-to-end delivery experience.
•4+ experience managing SAP implementation projects as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
•2 years of experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
•Experience using SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Scrum practices, and organizational governance standards.
