Coach leaders on performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and succession, and support enterprise HR process execution from talent acquisition through retirement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
•Act as a trusted advisor to Service Center leadership on high-risk ER and workforce issues, identifying ER trends and mitigating risk.
•Champion the Zero Harm safety culture and align people practices with safe behaviors across leadership routines, onboarding, and performance management.
•Partner with Service Center leaders on people strategies tied to operational performance, coaching on performance management and shift-based workforce planning.
•Ensure consistent HR policy application and governance across service centers while partnering with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence for labor risk and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep specialization in Employee Relations.
•Experience supporting multi-site, operational, manufacturing, or service center environments.
•Proven track record managing complex, high-risk ER cases and investigations.
•Deep understanding of employment law, ER best practices, and compliance frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
