Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning ingredients, and executing basic cooking tasks like grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow recipes and plating standards, and support stock rotation and inventory management. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service, and participate in training to improve culinary skills.
