Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals by building client relationships, using product expertise and fashion advice, and driving cross-sell and upsell through tailored recommendations. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling, while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and drive repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and participating in inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) plus climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
