Job Summary

Build, operate, and maintain high-performance, scalable services for Palantir platform deployments. You’ll support production operations with monitoring, alerting, configuration management, upgrades, and troubleshooting, while working with forward deployed and product teams to prevent issues. •Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring and alerting, configuration management, and upgrades.
•Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to the latest infrastructure types.
•Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir services and infrastructure for long-term reliability and scalability.
•Reduce manual operations by automating workflows, processes, and/or runbooks.
•Provide technical troubleshooting support for production issues and participate in a support on-call schedule.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 145,000 annually

•Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
•Confidence troubleshooting complex systems independently using observability tools and service logs.
•Comfort working with large-scale production systems (e.g., load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, configuration management).
