Job Summary

Support, further develop, and document the SAP HCM landscape for Thales Deutschland. Analyze and optimize HR processes within SAP HCM, act as a central contact for business teams on requirements, and investigate and resolve issues in the SAP-HCM module. Coordinate interface and data transfer implementations with developer teams, plan and coordinate end-user testing for changes and rollouts, and support system upgrade preparations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the support, continuous improvement, and documentation of the SAP-HCM landscape for Thales Deutschland.
•Analyze and optimize HR processes within SAP HCM and troubleshoot incidents in the SAP-HCM module.
•Advise business departments on requirements and support/coordinate resolutions for more complex needs with an international steering group.
•Coordinate implementation of interfaces and data transfers with developer teams in Germany and internationally.
•Plan, coordinate, and accompany user tests for changes and new rollouts, and prepare/support system upgrade testing with business stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in computer science, an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
•Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment to handle complex requirements.
•Strong knowledge of Payroll, time management, personnel administration, and organizational management.
•Experience analyzing and optimizing HR processes and implementing requirements within SAP HCM.
•Fluent German and very good English skills; occasional business travel is no problem.
