Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute supplier component qualifications, including deviation and X-Ray and other quality requirements.
  • •Deliver and report quality data, leading Mfg Quality Gemba & MDI for SMT and focusing peers and management on metrics and actions.
  • •Minimize quality-related risks across the supply chain by creating and maintaining PFMEA, Control Plan, and Quality ABC’s.
  • •Support in-house manufacturing to maximize product quality and reliability.
  • •Champion reduction of customer complaints and warranty DPPM costs, and lead DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP activities for new product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • •3–5 years of experience in quality or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with lean concepts, QMS practices, and customer engagement approaches.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams).
  • •Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools including Lean, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
