•Lead EHS compliance at the site in alignment with local, state, federal, and internal policies and procedures.
•Ensure compliance with EPA and state environmental requirements and perform inspections and BMPs as required.
•Ensure OSHA compliance and implement proactive programs to reduce or eliminate work-related accidents and injuries.
•Conduct investigations, implement corrective actions for compliance deficiencies and workplace incidents, and perform job site analyses to identify exposures and hazards.
•Lead EHS and sustainability training, maintain sustainability data tracking, perform EHS site visits/audits/process reviews, and maintain compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of progressive experience in the field, or an advanced degree with limited experience.
•Ensure compliance with EPA and state environmental requirements, including air, radiation, stormwater, hazardous waste, CAFO, SPCC, and other applicable regulations.
•Ensure OSHA compliance with all applicable regulations.
•Obtain a ODEQ Class D water operator and Wastewater operator license (CVI provided).
•Lead monthly and specialized EHS training sessions and develop EHS training programs based on site trends and compliance needs.
