  • •Schnelle Fehlersuche und eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Lösungen im Außendienst
  • •Dokumentation deines Serviceeinsatzes zur Unterstützung effizienter Abläufe
  • •Einbringung von Verbesserungsideen zur Optimierung des Reparaturservice
  • •Teilnahme an Schulungen, Teammeetings und gemeinsamen Einsätzen beim Kunden

Key Requirements

  • •A completed training in electronics/electrical trades, e.g. electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer or energy electronics technician
  • •Enjoy working with customers and a solution-oriented, structured approach in technical service
  • •Reliability, sense of responsibility and respectful conduct
  • •Residence in Hamburg and willingness for field service including driving license class B
  • •Very good German language skills and a service-oriented appearance with customers
