Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
•Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
•Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
•Maintain uptime and perform routine maintenance on Wet Etch systems in the cleanroom.
•Document work and provide detailed pass down; analyze tool data for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
•Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing semiconductor processing equipment.
•Familiar with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards; Read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
•Ability to document work and provide detailed pass down; Experience pulling and analyzing tool data.
•Proficient with MS Office; Willingness to work 4th shift (4:30am–5:00pm, Fri–Sun).
