Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish required processes, templates, and tools; agree cost and schedule baselines; and monitor performance against them while managing risk, opportunities, and change.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of deviations versus baseline using lead and lag indicators, and recommend remedial actions to drive best value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets using governance controls to enable successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master schedule, agree baselines, and develop the critical path.
  • •Perform project team risk evaluations and incorporate defined risks into Monte Carlo to quantify impacts to overall cost and schedule, then produce executive-level cost reporting dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in project controls coordination across the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting, with life sciences or data centre sector experience.
  • •Ability to determine corrective actions based on facts and figures and critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • •Commitment to providing excellent service and working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • •Strong time management, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines.
