Job Summary

Maintain day-to-day building and facility systems in a distribution center, including electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and conveyor repairs. Perform general carpentry and other maintenance on doors, docks, overhead doors, floors, and product/material handling equipment. Keep preventative maintenance and completed work records in the FMX system and submit required reports. Respond to security alarm calls and manage contractor relationships while working the Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with occasional weekends/OT.

•Maintain preventative maintenance and completed work records in the FMX system; complete required reports and answer security alarm calls as needed.

•3+ years of related experience in a distribution center or industrial/manufacturing maintenance role.
•Knowledge of HVAC systems.
