Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer Fab.
  • •Execute equipment/process startup and process experiments, analyze data, and resolve process or equipment issues while collaborating across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Experience with Epi Processes, with a strong preference for ASM Epi Systems.
  • •Ability to identify systematic process/equipment problems and communicate findings effectively.
