Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and sign off complex Death, Critical Illness, and Income Protection claims.
  • •Coordinate claim processing to ensure timely payment of benefits.
  • •Handle customer, employer, and broker queries professionally and empathetically when representing Zurich Life in the market.
  • •Ensure decisions adhere to Zurich risk and compliance policies while meeting standards for accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
