Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at the customer location.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company and customer-issued/procured assets; support overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years (e.g., DUI, Hit & Run).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
