•Set technical direction for a secure, reliable, extensible performance-analysis platform.
•Align product goals and engineering decisions across frontend, backend, data, security, and infrastructure teams.

•Implement difficult cross-boundary work to validate key decisions and unblock delivery.
•Establish engineering standards for compatibility, quality, performance, and operational readiness; mentor senior engineers and drive outcomes through release.

•BS or MS (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•12+ years building and operating production software with technical leadership for complex products or platform capabilities.
•Deep hands-on expertise in backend platforms or distributed systems, with strong production capability in at least one language.
•Experience evolving APIs/events/saved state/stored data without breaking existing users or deployments.
•Practical knowledge of asynchronous failure modes and tracing user workflows across browser and backend to diagnose and fix failures.
