Job Summary

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom systems across oil & gas facilities, ensuring reliable communication during projects and shutdowns. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, handle fiber optic and copper cable installation/termination, and maintain CCTV, PAGA, telephone, radio, LAN/WAN, access control, and structured cabling systems. Read telecom drawings, conduct loop checks and signal testing, support commissioning/startup, and follow HSE and permit-to-work procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom systems in oil & gas facilities.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of communication equipment to minimize downtime.
•Install and terminate fiber optic and copper cables, and maintain/test telecom-related systems.
•Conduct loop checks, signal testing, and commissioning activities; read and interpret telecom drawings and schematics.
•Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, follow HSE/permit-to-work procedures, and maintain maintenance records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/ITI/technical certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related trade.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
•Experience with oil & gas onshore projects.
•Familiarity with industrial telecom systems and hazardous area environments (preferred).
