Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and lead cleanroom facilities mechanical system expansion projects to meet future tool utilities demand.
  • •Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical system issues and production interruptions; lead troubleshooting and timely responses to reduce production impacts.
  • •Drive continual improvement of preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and reduce system interruptions.
  • •Perform capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systems; track and monitor spare parts and consumable inventory.
  • •Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, exhaust, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, compressed air, fire protection, cleanroom air) and implement root-cause action plans to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering with minimum 8-10 years of Semiconductor Facilities experience.
  • •Technical expertise with mechanical and process systems for cleanroom facilities (e.g., HVAC, chilled water, heating water, makeup air, recirculation air, process cooling water, process exhaust, compressed air, process vacuum, general HVAC).
  • •Knowledge of maintenance practices and ability to perform installation work for facilities mechanical systems.
  • •Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D and 5 WHY for troubleshooting or incident investigation.
  • •Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to work in a team and operate in fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environments.
