Job Summary

Support the governance, quality, and continuous improvement of planning-related material master data used in internal Stock Transport Order (STO) and tolling processes. Partner with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, and Master Data teams to review and resolve data issues, validate material attributes and planning/procurement settings, and document process standards. Help with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA readiness, dashboards/trackers, and recurring reviews to monitor data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support governance and maintenance of planning master data related to internal STO and tolling flows.
•Review, validate, and help maintain material attributes, source/supply relationships, planning parameters, procurement settings, and replenishment controls for transfer and tolling processes.
•Identify data quality issues that disrupt STO creation, tolling execution, MRP recommendations, ATP availability, procurement execution, inventory visibility, or reporting.
•Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, IT, and master data teams to resolve data defects and improve handoffs.
•Assist with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA readiness activities and support dashboards/trackers and recurring reviews to monitor data quality and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing support, master data, analytics, ERP support, or a related operational role.
•Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or another ERP platform.
•Strong Excel and analytical skills, with ability to work through large data sets and identify patterns or exceptions.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple functions.
