Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HR planning, prioritisation, and leadership engagement across UK.
  • •Partner with business leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management.
  • •Lead and advise on employee relations cases including performance, disciplinaries, redundancies, and settlement agreements, in consultation with legal.
  • •Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and exits.
  • •Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with evolving UK employment law.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • •Advanced degree in HR or CIPD certification preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
  • •Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits design.
  • •Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
