Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the European operations planning process for the product family, with guidance from senior team members when needed.
  • •Manage operating plans covering demand, production, supply, optimization, distribution, and inventory across monthly and multi-year horizons.
  • •Lead regional supply and demand balance optimization through the monthly S&OP process and support Supply Review in the I&D IBP process.
  • •Monitor performance versus plan, identify improvement opportunities, and shape recommendations using value drivers, constraints, and scenarios.
  • •Partner across business, sales, legal, manufacturing, and supply chain to align plans and support contingency and short-term strategies during disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, business planning and analysis, supply chain, or a commercial role.
  • •Degree in engineering is strongly preferred.
  • •Broad knowledge of the chemical industry, manufacturing operations, and economics.
  • •Experience with analytical and decision-making tools such as PIMS, Spiral, OMP, SAP IBP, Excel, PowerBI, Python, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • •Fluent English; APICS certification is preferred.
