Key Responsibilities

•Lead NPI projects and manage supplier relationships across R&D, finance, engineering, and business units to ensure design acceptance and manufacturability.
•Identify critical paths and bottlenecks; implement risk management methodologies to keep projects on track and within budget.
•Define and lead execution plans to deliver on schedule per SOW and budget, including pre-design activity and infrastructure planning for production transfer.
•Develop understanding of vendor manufacturing capabilities and influence product qualification and loading decisions.
•Report program status to senior management and develop project management processes to improve transparency and day-to-day efficiency.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Industrial, Electrical, or Materials engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience
•3+ years of proven experience leading sophisticated, highly technology-intensive projects
•Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency
•Fluent English – reading, writing, and speaking; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
