Job Summary

Build next-generation multimodal content understanding and commercial intelligence systems to support TikTok monetization and ad ecosystem security. Key Responsibilities

•Focus on ad content understanding and security, conducting algorithm R&D for large-model implementation and applying LLM/MLLM and AIGC technologies to e-commerce and short-video ad understanding.
•Advance multimodal understanding across text, audio, video, and live streaming; optimize model decision-making for high-accuracy autonomous risk judgment and implement interpretable CoT generation.
•Explore RL/agent applications for multimodal review scenarios, track AIGC trends, and deliver algorithm innovation plus engineering implementation aligned to commercial business needs.
•Develop dedicated multimodal content understanding models for ad intent recognition, rule retrieval, accurate risk judgment, and improved advertiser creation experience.
•Reduce non-compliant content non-detection risks and protect the ad ecosystem’s security.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, AI, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields, with 1+ year of algorithm R&D/project implementation experience in content understanding or AIGC.
•Strong ML/DL theoretical foundation, with in-depth understanding of LLM/MLLM, CV, NLP, multimodal fusion, and agent technologies.
•Hands-on experience with large model training, fine-tuning, and inference deployment.
•Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, with excellent engineering capabilities and mastery of Python and/or C++.
•Familiarity with multimodal large model principles and applications, with experience in content understanding, ad analysis, multimodal representation learning, or intelligent review preferred.
