Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal AI systems that make Lovable run faster than it should.
  • •Define how AI-native companies operate by helping build the playbook and what the team learns.
  • •Build internal tools and workflows using Lovable, AI agents, no-code, or raw code—whatever is fastest.
  • •Connect and enrich company data into operational leverage powering automations, internal tools, AI agents, and proactive workflows.
  • •Deploy AI agent armies (Claude/ChatGPT with MCPs) and ensure Lovable’s stack AI features deliver real value while leveling up the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Shipped production workflow automations at scale that ran without you and were used as business-critical automations by teams.
  • •Understand how systems work (APIs, databases, architecture) and can confidently review code while choosing the right tools (AI agents, no-code, or raw code).
  • •Turn fragmented data across tools and external sources into reliable systems by designing data models, writing complex SQL, and building enrichment/transformation pipelines.
  • •Deploy and experiment with internal AI tools and agents, constantly testing new models, apps, and workflows (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT with custom contexts, MCPs).
  • •Demonstrate high agency by spotting inefficiencies, building fixes, and shipping end-to-end improvements.
